Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel at any time, up to seven days prior to your event with no financial obligation or cancellation fee. However, if you choose to cancel less than seven days prior to your event, you will forfeit the rental deposit on file. All orders require a deposit equal to 25% of your total cart price, and this deposit will be credited toward the final bill. This deposit is refundable if you cancel your delivery at least seven days prior to your scheduled delivery date.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AT DELIVERY, UNLESS OUR DRIVER DETERMINES THAT WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE UNSAFE. PLEASE SEE OUR WEATHER POLICY FOR MORE INFORMATION.
