Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time, up to EIGHT days prior to your event with no financial obligation or cancellation fee. However, if you choose to cancel fewer than eight days prior to your event, we will retain the rental deposit on file. All other monies paid will be refunded fully.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, UNLESS OUR DRIVER DETERMINES THAT WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE UNSAFE. PLEASE BE SURE TO CALL YOUR CANCELLATIONS IN TO THE OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Weather Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your rental on the day of your event due to active dangerous weather (winds over 15 mph; hail), but NOT a forecast of bad weather later in the day. Additionally, we will not set up any inflatable in temperatures of 50 degrees or below. Weather cancellations MUST be called in to the office by 8 a.m. (or prior to your driver’s arrival, whichever is earlier) the same day of the rental in order to receive a refund. All weather cancellations deemed legitimate will receive a 100% refund. All other late cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit. If you are concerned about the weather, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your event.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR A CHANGE IN WEATHER AFTER SETUP HAS OCCURED. IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE US SETUP, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE RENTAL COST REGARDLESS OF USE.

Rescheduling Policy

You may alter your scheduled event (dates and times) at any point prior to the 8-day cancellation window by contacting our office. HOWEVER, all rescheduling will be subject to the availability of dates and inventory. Full payment will be due at the time of rescheduling.
